Ofsted: Equality, tolerance and diversity

The current Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) for children's homes says that inspectors consider:

“the extent to which leaders and managers actively promote tolerance, equality and diversity”

This is part of Ofsted's assessment of leadership and management in children's homes.
